"Good stuff, just wish shipping was quicker đ"
I ordered a couple of things from Dr. Leonardâs i was happy with the quality for the price. One of the items actually worked better than I expected and feels sturdy enough so far đ Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasnât a huge deal. Overall, Iâm satisfied with what I got and Iâd probably order from them again.

"Billing turned into a headache"
I ordered from drleonards.com one time and the whole billing situation was just a mess. The amount that showed up on my card wasnât what I thought I had agreed to, and trying to get a straight answer took way too long. What made it more frustrating was that nobody seemed to really own the issue, customer service just kept repeating the same lines like it was someone elseâs problem. Iâm not doing that again. Not worth the hassle for me

I emailed them twice and didnât hear back until much later than I expected. I get that places get busy, but still... it just wasnât a great experience.

"Took longer than I expected"
I ordered from Dr Leonards thinking the shipping would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. There also werenât many updates along the way, so I was left wondering where my order was. The items were fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery experience didnât really match what I was hoping for

"Return was ok, just kinda slow"
I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but it took longer then I was hoping. Not the worst experience, just a bit slow.

I grabbed a few things from drleonards.com, the prices were good, really good for some of the everyday stuff. I mostly looked at basic household and health items, and a few of them felt like a solid bargain compared to other places Iâve checked. Shipping wasnât super fast, not fast at all, but for the price I paid, I canât really complain. Itâs not perfect, but overall Iâd say itâs a good value.
